Private Lesson / Range

Description

Are you ready to take your firearms knowledge and training to the next level?  Regardless of where you are at in your journey, the instructors at Sheepdog can help you to get to the next level.

Private Lessons are just that – a one-on-one lesson between you and a Sheepdog instructor.  The instructor will work with you to figure out where you are at and where you want to go, and develop a plan to get you there.

• Never touched a gun but want to learn more about their functions or gun safety?  We can start from square 1.
• Just purchased a firearm but are uncomfortable with its use, care and cleaning?  We can help you to become familiar with the safe use of the firearm and walk you through safe storage and cleaning.
• Shot a few times but need some pointers?  No problem – we can start with where you are and help you to progress to the next level.

The time is yours but here are a few examples of what we have done and can do:

• Classroom time with a variety of firearms
• Care and Cleaning
• First Time Shooting
• Holster Draw
• Low Light
• Strong/Weak Hand
• Marksmanship
• Barricades

Private lessons include a total of 1 hour of time.   Actual shooting time is likely to be 45-50 minutes due to walking to to the range, cleanup, etc.      Sheepdog does have Glock 19 pistols available for your use, however we strongly encourage you to bring your own firearm so you can be comfortable with it.

Private lessons are limited to handguns and pistol-caliber carbines.

One registration is valid for up to 2 students.
